Flash Day at Fridays on Front 2026: Our Vancouver Tattoo Studio Is Joining New West’s Summer Street Party

Summer in Vancouver means patios, festivals, and — if you ask us — the best time of year to get inked. Every Friday, our tattoo studio runs a flash day, and this summer we’re taking it up a notch by lining it up with one of Metro Vancouver’s most beloved street festivals, Fridays on Front. For our studio, this isn’t just a promo — it’s a chance to open our doors to the community, meet new faces, and give clients a fun, low-pressure way to add to their collection. If you’ve been looking for a reason to get a tattoo at a great price and spend your Friday evening in Downtown New Westminster, this is it.

What Is Fridays on Front 2026

Fridays on Front is a free weekly street festival hosted by the Downtown New West BIA, held on Front Street Mews in Downtown New Westminster — just steps from the New Westminster and Columbia SkyTrain stations.

July 10, 17, 24 & August 7, 14, 21
Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Admission: Free

Each week brings its own theme:

• July 10 — Fiesta Filipino
• July 17 — Cosplay & Magic
• July 24 — Retro
• August 7 — Fiesta Latina
• August 14 — Pride
• August 21 — Indigenous Night

The festival features food trucks, local artisan vendors, live music, and drinks from Steel & Oak — a perfect atmosphere to pair with a flash tattoo.

Our Flash Day: Same Friday, 6–10 PM

We’ve matched our studio schedule to the festival — our flash day sessions run during the exact same window, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, so you can walk the festival and stop by our artists in the same evening.

Flash pricing:
• 1 flash — $100
• 2 flashes — $150
• 3 flashes — $200
• 4 flashes — $250
• ✨ 5th flash — FREE!

(Discount applies when all flashes are done on the same person. Spots are limited — first come, first serve.)

Every flash sheet is drawn fresh by our resident artists specifically for this event — think small botanical linework, bold traditional pieces, and playful micro-designs you won’t find in our regular portfolio. Once a design is claimed, it’s gone, so first-come, first-served.
